How to use Melio

MELIO USER GUIDE



I. DOWNLOAD THE MELLIO APP



Go to your device’s app store (Google Play for Android or the App Store for iPhone).

Search for Melio and download the app.

Once installed, open the app.

II. CREATE YOUR ACCOUNT



Tap on "Create Account".

Enter the required information:

a. Full Name

b. Email Address

c. Phone Number

d. Create a Password

Verify your phone number:

a. Melio will send you a code via SMS. Enter the code in the app to complete verification.

III. SET UP YOUR PAYMENT INFORMATION



Navigate to the "Profile" or "Settings" section in the app.

Link your bank account:

a. Enter your banking details, including account and routing numbers.

b. Verify your bank account via a small test deposit (this may take 1-2

business days).

If you prefer, you can also link a debit card to receive instant payments (note that transaction fees may apply).

IV. SHARE YOUR MELIO ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENTS



Once your Melio account is set up, provide your email or phone number (registered in Melio) to us. This is all we need to send payments directly to you!

V. HOW YOU’LL RECEIVE PAYMENTS



We’ll send payments to your registered Melio account.

You’ll get a notification in the Melio app once the payment is sent.

Payments will be deposited directly into your linked bank account, typically within 1-2 business days. For instant transfers (if a debit card is linked), the funds should arrive immediately.

VI: TRACK YOUR PAYMENTS



Once payments are sent to you via the Melio app, it’s important to know how to track and manage them. Here's how you can easily check your payment status and history:

Open the Melio App

a. Launch the Melio app on your device.

b. Log in using your registered email or phone number and password if prompted.

Navigate to the Transactions Section

a. From the home screen, find the "Transactions" or "Payments" tab (usually located in the bottom menu or main dashboard).

b. This section displays a detailed list of all incoming and outgoing transactions.

Review Payment Details

a. Scroll through your transaction history to locate the specific payment.

For each payment, you can view:

a. When the payment was made or received.

b. Amount: The exact amount sent or received.

c. Status: The current state of the payment, such as:

d. Pending: The payment is being processed.

e. Completed: The payment has been successfully deposited into your account.

f. Failed: An issue occurred during the transaction (e.g., incorrect

details).

Filter or Search Transactions

a. Use the search bar or filters (e.g., by date, amount, or status) to find

specific payments faster.

Access Detailed Transaction Info

Tap on any transaction to view more details, including:

a. Sender's or recipient's name.

b. Payment method used (e.g., bank account or debit card).

c. Expected completion date (for pending transactions).

Download Payment Receipts (Optional)

a. For record-keeping, you can download or email receipts for any completed

transaction. Look for an "Export" or "Receipt" button in the transaction

details.

Contact Support for Payment Issues

If you notice any discrepancies or delays:

a. Tap the "Help" or "Support" section in the app.

b. Provide details of the transaction for quicker resolution.

VII. SUPPORT AND TROUBLESHOOTING



If you encounter any issues with registration, linking your bank, or receiving

payments, you can:

a. Contact Melio’s support team through the app.

b. Reach out to our team for assistance.
