S-Club offers residential and commercial cleaning, maintenance, and specialized services as listed on our official website.
Services are tailored based on customer requests within the capabilities and expertise of S-Club’s team.
S-Club does not offer hazardous cleaning (e.g., biohazard removal).
Heavy lifting and structural repairs are outside our scope.
Services must be booked through our official website, phone, or email.
Customers must provide accurate information, including service location, date, and specific requests.
A booking confirmation email will be sent upon acceptance.
Service requests are subject to availability.
Service changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
Payments are accepted only via credit/debit cards or digital payment platforms.
Cash and checks are not accepted.
Service prices are listed on the official website and are subject to change.
Additional charges apply for services outside the standard scope.
Payment is due at the time of booking or upon service completion, depending on the agreement.
A late payment fee of 5% of the service total may apply if payments are delayed.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service incur no charges.
Cancellations within 24-48 hours incur a 50% service fee.
Same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee.
Refunds are issued only for cancellations within the allowed timeframe.
No refunds for incomplete or unsatisfactory services unless formally reviewed and approved.
Ensure access to the service location at the scheduled time.
Secure pets, valuables, and fragile items.
Provide accurate service details and disclose any relevant property conditions.
Deliver services professionally and on time.
Use safe and eco-friendly cleaning products where applicable.
Maintain customer privacy and data security.
S-Club guarantees the quality of its services.
Complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
S-Club is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or unforeseeable incidents.
S-Club maintains liability insurance for incidents caused directly by its staff.
Personal information is collected and managed in line with our Privacy Policy.
No customer data is shared without explicit consent, except as required by law.
Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@squeaky.club.
Provide detailed descriptions and supporting evidence.
S-Club will investigate complaints and provide a response within 10 business days.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state where S-Club is headquartered.
S-Club reserves the right to terminate services due to non-compliance, abusive behavior, or repeated service violations.
Customers may terminate services with written notice, subject to the cancellation terms.
